Founder & CEO

Dmitri Galinov has more than 20 years of experience successfully building large liquidity sources in multi-asset environments, including FastMatch, Credit Suisse CrossFinder, Direct Edge and Lava Trading.

Jason Woerz

President

Jason Woerz has 20+ years of experience on the buy side across multiple asset classes. Prior to joining 24X, Jason spent 14 years at Bridgewater Associates, most recently as the Global Head of Execution, where he oversaw the design, build and operation of a 24 hour/day global trading desk responsible for the execution of all trades at the one of the world’s largest hedge funds.

Paul Millward

Head of Product

Paul Millward has 20 years of experience including Head of FX Product Strategy at Cboe FX and Head of eFX at GFI Group.

Mike Sladek

Head of Operations

Mike Sladek has 10+ years of experience in trading & operations across multiple asset classes. Prior to 24X, Mike was a Fixed Income Trader at Bridgewater Associates, where he was implementing trading strategies and focusing on electronification of Fixed Income trading.
